1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TPDF mobile and desktop applications published by Tangleon LLC (“Tangleon”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. الاتفاق

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه («الشروط») استخدامك لتطبيقات TPDF على الجوال وسطح المكتب الصادرة عن Tangleon LLC («Tangleon»، «نحن»). إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

2. The service

TPDF provides on-device tools to view and edit PDF documents (and related local workflows such as scan-to-PDF or OCR where available). Core editing runs locally. We do not operate a TPDF document cloud that stores your files.

2. الخدمة

يوفر TPDF أدوات على الجهاز لعرض مستندات PDF وتعديلها (ومهام محلية ذات صلة مثل المسح إلى PDF أو OCR عند توفرها). يعمل التحرير الأساسي محلياً. لا ندير سحابة مستندات لـ TPDF تخزّن ملفاتك.

3. Your content & responsibility

  • You retain all rights to the documents you open or create with TPDF.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to process those files and for lawful use of the app.
  • You are responsible for backing up important documents. Local apps can lose data if the device fails or storage is cleared.
  • Do not use TPDF to infringe others’ rights, violate laws, or distribute malware.

3. محتواك ومسؤوليتك

  • تحتفظ بجميع حقوق المستندات التي تفتحها أو تنشئها عبر TPDF.
  • أنت مسؤول عن امتلاك الحق في معالجة تلك الملفات وعن الاستخدام القانوني للتطبيق.
  • أنت مسؤول عن نسخ المستندات المهمة احتياطياً. قد تُفقد البيانات المحلية إذا تعطل الجهاز أو مُسحت مساحة التخزين.
  • لا تستخدم TPDF لانتهاك حقوق الآخرين أو مخالفة القوانين أو توزيع برمجيات ضارة.

4. Licenses & purchases

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TPDF as distributed through official stores or channels we authorize. Paid features, if any, are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds follow the applicable store policy.

4. التراخيص والمشتريات

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام TPDF كما يُوزَّع عبر المتاجر الرسمية أو القنوات التي نعتمدها. تُفوتر الميزات المدفوعة إن وُجدت عبر Apple أو Google وفق شروطهما. الاسترجاع يخضع لسياسة المتجر المعني.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

TPDF is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every PDF will open or that every edit will succeed on every file.

5. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات

يُقدَّم TPDF «كما هو» و«حسب التوفر». إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، نخلي المسؤولية عن ضمانات القابلية للتسويق والملاءمة لغرض معيّن وعدم الانتهاك. لا نضمن أن كل ملف PDF سيفتح أو أن كل تعديل سينجح على كل ملف.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangleon and its officers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of TPDF. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).

6. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Tangleon أو مسؤولوها المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية أو العقابية، أو عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح، الناتجة عن استخدامك لـ TPDF. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالتطبيق المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا مقابل التطبيق خلال الـ 12 شهراً السابقة للمطالبة (أو صفر إذا كان التطبيق مجانياً).

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the TPDF Privacy Policy at https://tangleon.net/tpdf/privacy.html. That page is specific to TPDF and is separate from any other Tangleon product pages.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
