Privacy Policy

ParkVex is a mobile parking puzzle game published by Tangleon (contact: info@tangleon.net). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles on your device and what advertising services may process when ads are shown.

Terms of Use

By downloading or playing ParkVex you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License. Tangleon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ParkVex on devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment, subject to the app store rules that apply to your download.

Gameplay. ParkVex is a sliding-block parking puzzle. Slide cars along their lanes to free the marked target car so it can exit. Stages are included with the app for offline play. Optional tools such as hints and rewarded assist moves may be offered; they do not guarantee a perfect score.

Ads and optional rewards. The free version may display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads as described in the Privacy Policy and the app’s ad cadence. Rewards (such as an assist credit) are granted only after a completed rewarded view as reported by the ad SDK. No-fill, cancellation, or failure does not grant a reward and must not block stage progression when the design allows continuing without an ad.

Purchases. The optional one-time Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play Billing on Android or Apple StoreKit on iOS. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by that store. Use Restore Purchases with the same store account.

Acceptable use. You may not reverse engineer, cheat against online services (if any are later added), interfere with ad measurement, or use the app unlawfully. You may not misrepresent the app as your own product.

Intellectual property. ParkVex name, logos, art, levels, and software are owned by Tangleon or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer. ParkVex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangleon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).

Termination. We may stop offering the app or update these Terms. Your rights end if you stop using the app or if we discontinue it.

Data & Privacy

What stays on your device. Stage unlock progress, current board, undo/redo history where saved, star/best scores, assist credits, and settings are written to on-device storage (parking.save, with parking.backup used as a safety copy). An interstitial cooldown marker (parkvex.lastInterstitial) and a local reward ledger key (parking.rewards) may also be stored to prevent duplicate reward grants and to pace ads.

What ParkVex does not collect in-app today. The current ParkVex application code does not include first-party analytics, crash reporters, email/password login, social login, or cloud backups of your save file.

What advertising may process. When AdMob ads run, Google’s SDK may process advertising and device data as described under Privacy Policy. That processing is performed by Google’s services, not by a Tangleon game backend.

How to clear game progress. Open Settings → Reset saved progress. Confirming deletes parking.save and parking.backup and returns you to a fresh local profile. This does not uninstall the app and does not erase data held only by Google’s ad SDK or by your device advertising settings.

Uninstall. Removing ParkVex from the device clears the app sandbox, including typical local saves, subject to OS backup features you may have enabled.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because ParkVex keeps gameplay progress on-device, the primary deletion control for that data is Reset saved progress or uninstall. For advertising identifier controls, use your platform settings. For questions or requests related to Tangleon’s role as publisher, email info@tangleon.net.

International users. Ads may involve processing by Google and partners in other countries under their terms. Install and use the app only where it is lawful for you to do so.

Offline access to this notice. The full Legal & Support text is packaged inside the app and remains readable without an internet connection.
